Job summary

KBR AFCAP V team seeks a qualified Large Area Maintenance Shelter Specialist to oversee setup, maintenance, and dismantling of large shelter structures. You will lead teams, coordinate resources, and ensure safety compliance across indoor and outdoor work environments.

Responsibilities include inspection, repairs, and troubleshooting of shelter systems, with emphasis on minimizing downtime and maintaining equipment records in a contingency setting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, analytical, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Experience supporting contingency or government contracts preferred.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schematics may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, maintenance, and dismantling of large area shelters (LAMS/BEAR).
• Lead and supervise personnel; schedule equipment, materials, and staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE usage at all times.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
