Paces Restoration, An American Restoration Brand, is seeking a Content Mover in Stockbridge, GA. This full-time, field-based role involves safely packing, moving, cleaning, organizing, documenting, and storing customers’ belongings during restoration projects.

You will work at residential and commercial sites with flexible hours, potential overtime, weekends, and emergencies. The job emphasizes safety, customer service, and accurate documentation of contents and progress.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, equipment, and contents from homes, businesses, vehicles, storage facilities, and job sites.
• Properly wrap, protect, and prepare contents for transportation or storage.
• Assist with contents pack-outs, pack-backs, and property cleanouts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update job information as work is completed.
• Communicate professionally with customers while working in their homes or businesses.
• Follow all company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles, equipment, work areas, and storage spaces.
• Assist restoration technicians and other team members as needed.
• Perform other duties related to restoration and contents handling as assigned.

The Content Mover is responsible for safely packing, moving, cleaning, organizing, documenting, and storing customers’ personal belongings during water, fire, smoke, mold, and other restoration projects. This position requires careful attention to detail, proper handling of customer property, physical ability, and excellent customer service. This is a field-based position. The Content Mover will work at residential and commercial properties, storage facilities, company vehicles, and restoration job sites. The position may require flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and emergency response depending on business needs.
