FRSTeam of Virginia in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a dedicated Contents Restoration Technician to assess, inventory, pack, move and store contents from customers’ residences, including textiles and electronics, with careful handling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day cleanup and leave jobsite neat and orderly.
• Maintain documentation of work performed, including before-and-after photos.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Contents Restoration Technician position is responsible for assessing, inventory, packing, moving and properly storing all contents, textiles and electronics from customers residence,

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform production processes, and other labor-intensive tasks.


• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.


• Fully execute pack outs and pack ins including ability to lift furniture, boxes, textiles and electronics.


• Photo inventory and documentation of contents prior to cleaning or packing using digital software


• Inspect and document contents for any damage, including pre-existing.


• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines, at all times.


• Communicate with Owner to maintain efficient production processes.


• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite or workstation with a clean and orderly appearance.


• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of work performed, including before-and-after photos and checklists.


• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites.


• Other duties as assigned.
