Job summary

SERVPRO Arlington Franchise is seeking a Contents Project Manager to oversee pack outs, moves and cleaning projects, ensuring high-quality service for customers and clients in the Arlington area.

You will lead scheduling, budgeting and communications with customers, crews and sub-contractors, while demonstrating superb interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Experience in restoration and/or cleaning preferred.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
• Valid Driver’s license with clean history.

Job Description

Physical And Work Environment Requirements

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat, cold, or environments that require personal protective equipment

Compensation

The salary range listed reflects the total target annual compensation for this position, which includes both base salary and commission opportunities. Individual earnings will vary based on performance, commission achievement, and other applicable factors.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
