Job summary

Onapsis is seeking a Marketing Associate on a contract basis to support and execute our organic content engine in a B2B SaaS setting. You will help create social posts, blogs, and YouTube content, translating complex security concepts into clear, high-performing material for top-of-funnel awareness.

You'll work across editorial pipelines, video creation, and multi-channel distribution to engage B2B buyers along the customer journey, with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Cybersecurity experience required (1–2 years).
• Asana experience (1–2 years) required.
• 1–3 years of B2B writing or marketing experience.
• Familiarity with scripting video content and basic editing with Canva and Synthesia.
• Ability to repurpose long-form assets into native social formats for LinkedIn and X/Twitter.
• Excellent written and spoken English for global B2B tech audiences.
• Knowledge of Pardot or other marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.

Responsibilities

• Editorial & Content Execution: Draft and assist editing blog posts, tutorials, and thought leadership articles tailored to B2B SaaS audiences.
• Calendar Maintenance: Own and maintain the integrated content calendar across blog, YouTube, and key social channels to ensure on-time publication.
• Newsletter: Draft and assist in creation of newsletters in LinkedIn.
