Job summary

Credera is seeking a Business Process Consultant to partner with clients on rethinking content workflows within the Adobe Workfront ecosystem. The role focuses on process transformation, operating model design, and scalable workflows across global brands and enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business process consulting, operating model design, process optimization, transformation consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional conversations and stakeholder alignment across complex environments.
• Strong process mapping, workflow analysis, and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience with technology implementations and translating needs into process requirements.
• Excellent communication and facilitation with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, assessment, and future-state design of business processes and operating models across the Content Supply Chain.
• Design end-to-end content lifecycle processes from planning to delivery and measurement.
• Facilitate workshops and guide transformation initiatives with stakeholders across marketing, creative, content ops, and technology.
• Partner with architects and implementation teams to align processes with Adobe Workfront, AEM, and related tech.
• Develop client process maps, operating model artifacts, and requirements documentation.
