  • Contributes creative ideas, research, and draft content that enhances audience engagement and understanding.

Working under the guidance of Communication Strategy Managers and senior content team members, this role focuses on building strong foundational writing, editing and storytelling skills while consistently applying brand voice, tone and messaging standards. The Content Specialist I contributes to reliable, high-quality execution and grows capability through feedback, collaboration and hands-on experience.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations or a related field.Experience: 3 years of experience in communications, journalism, public relations or marketing is required. Construction, manufacturing or energy industry experience is a plus.orAny appropriate combination of education and experience as determined by management.Travel: 5-10%Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
