Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Content Security Engineer for the GME Content Security team in Culver City. You will provide security guidance across content creation workflows, and build tooling to automate security operations.

This role requires hands-on coding and collaboration with production teams to secure pre-release content against AI threats. The ideal candidate has multiple languages, strong scripting ability, and experience with AWS services, cloud storage, and security design reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of programming in Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, C++ or similar OO language experience.
• 2+ years of scripting, programming, and security code review in a non-internship role.
• 2+ years of troubleshooting systems, analyzing logs, or automating basic tasks using command line tools.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS products and services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary content security advisor to production teams, guiding secure workflow design.
• Assess internal content processing architectures to securely deploy and maintain content networks.
• Research, evaluate, and pilot next-generation content security measures and AI threat controls.
• Develop lightweight automation to support security tooling, audit workflows, and reporting.
