SERVPRO Team Landers is seeking experienced Contents professionals to join our team as Furniture Movers and Box Packing Specialists at the Technician level, with Lead Technician roles available. This entry-level role can fast-track for the right candidates who have led contents teams in packing, loading, and transporting belongings for restoration after fire or water damage, with travel opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Packing and loading furniture and boxes into trucks for transport to the warehouse.

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Contents professionals to join our team as Furniture Movers and Box Packing Specialists at the Technician level. We have open roles for Lead Technicians. This entry-level role would preferably be fast-tracked for the right candidates. This role is ideal for individuals who have previously led or worked on contents teams in the field — packing, loading, and transporting furniture and belongings that need restoration after fire or water damage. If you know your way around a pack-out, are comfortable driving box trucks, and are open to travel, we want to hear from you.

We are also currently actively hiring for several content cleaning and textile positions in the warehouse, with occasional on-site work as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing & Loading: Safely pack and load furniture and boxes into trucks, ensuring items are secure for transport to our warehouse for restoration.
• Driving: Operate box trucks to transport items to various locations; maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Unloading & Setting Up: Unload items at our warehouse, ensuring they are handled with care for restoration processes.
• Travel Work: Be open to traveling to various job sites as needed.
• Physical Labor: Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items for extended periods.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a team, communicating clearly with colleagues and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications
