Job summary

You will manage content publishing schedules, build a robust media library, and help optimize online product pages and promotions. Travel around 10% for events and client visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, content production, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to capture and edit photo and video content for digital platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into engaging content.
• Collaborative, hands-on working style and cross-functional support.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, capture, and edit photo/video content for social media, websites, launches, and events.
• Coordinate content shoots on the production floor, at client sites, and at events.
• Translate technical information into engaging material for a broader audience.
• Collaborate with the content creator to maintain a publishing schedule.
• Maintain a searchable library of photo/video assets.
• Publish content across company social channels and assist with campaigns.
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics across platforms.
• Support the ecommerce storefront with product imagery, descriptions, and pricing updates.
• Assist with trade shows and travel ~10%.
• Provide cross-functional support and other duties as needed.
