Job summary

EF Ultimate Break is seeking a college student or recent grad to translate ideas into compelling digital content across channels. You’ll work on landing pages, CMS updates, and paid media ads while collaborating with Growth and Creative teams. This internship is on-site in Boston and offers hands-on learning across marketing formats.

You’ll gain experience with AI agents, content calendars, and asset libraries, while contributing to day-to-day projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Some content creation experience and ability to learn new systems.
• A keen eye for design and copy consistency across channels.
• Strong communicator with cross-team collaboration skills.
• Hands-on comfort with AI tools to speed up work without sacrificing taste and craft.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in Gen Z and Millennial trends.

Responsibilities

• Source, organize, and create content in our CMS for landing pages and itineraries.
• Create content for paid media ads and optimize for performance.
• Support content calendars, asset libraries, and documentation.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality.
