Job summary

Primary Talent Partners is seeking a Content Management Lead for a 12-month contract in Lawrence Township, NJ. The role ensures strategic asset management, governance, and activation-ready content within the SAMai platform, collaborating with Brand Teams, Medical, Commercial, IT, Regulatory, Legal, and agencies.

The role focuses on metadata standards, tagging accuracy, and scalable content libraries to enable GenAI-driven strategy creation and enterprise-wide AI integration, with high autonomy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s preferred in Life Science, Information Management, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 3-5+ years in Content Management, SOP Managements, Operations Excellence, Knowledge Management, or related areas.
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably pharmaceutical/biotech.
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own integrity, quality, compliance, accessibility, and discoverability of content across SAMai and related repositories.
• Manage content lifecycle governance including intake, review, archiving, retirement, and version control.
• Coordinate user access administration and platform adoption initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on governance, process improvement, and operational excellence.
• Monitor performance metrics related to content usage and quality; provide insights to leadership.
