During the program, you'll engage with company leaders through executive sessions, collaborate with interns on a cross-functional project, and participate in community service activities that reflect Inspire's commitment to good citizenship.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a 4-year degree in a relevant field.
• Portfolio of work appropriate for production/photography/broadcast.
• Previous production/media/creative environment experience preferred.
• Commit to 2–3 days per week; flexibility for hours and travel within GA.
• Access to a personal vehicle required.
• Understanding of camera, lighting, and production workflows.
• Familiar with corporate tools: MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Inspire leaders through executive sessions and career conversations.
• Collaborate with interns on a cross-functional business challenge and present recommendations.
• Participate in community service activities supporting Inspire's citizenship commitments.
• Build relationships with interns and professionals across departments and brands.
• Develop business acumen, presentation skills, and understanding of corporate functions.
