✨ About the Role: Comcast is seeking a Content Editor to join our Content Delivery team, where you’ll help shape the public‑facing Xfinity website—bringing TV packages, mobile plans, and smart home solutions to life for millions of residential customers. Job Description
What You’ll Be Working On
  • Site Management: Maintain and update content on the Xfinity residential website using Sitecore CMS.
  • Content Execution: Collaborate with developers and designers to bring digital concepts to life.
  • Intake & Reporting: Track tasks using ServiceNow, ensuring updates meet SLAs and are accurately documented.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in QA reviews to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
  • Process Optimization: Provide feedback to improve CMS workflows and content delivery processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present updates to eCommerce leadership, QA teams, and marketing/sales analysts.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of CMS experience (Sitecore preferred; WordPress, AEM, Magnolia, or similar experience is also welcomed)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Innovative thinker with a flexible, adaptable approach
  • Comfortable speaking up in meetings and sharing ideas
  • Detail‑oriented and inquisitive—always asking questions and learning
