Founder & CEO of Siege Media
Bottom line: We create content we’re proud of (that you can be proud of, too)
Our values are pretty straightforward. And they’re what have helped us build a welcoming company culture since the start!
Originally founded in San Diego, Siege has since evolved into a remote company with hubs in San Diego and Austin featuring employees across the United States.
But why? Because work-life balance means being closer to what matters most — your life outside of work!
To help promote our work-from-home values, we offer our employees the necessary equipment for a remote setup (company swag included) and flexible work hours to ensure your job jives with your life, not the other way around.
No commutes. No formal office wear.
Office hours that work for you.
And we show it in several ways:
We prioritize your professional journey. Our accessible management team will help you upskill for future success. Build your portfolio with us and gain valuable experience.
No need to pinch yourself. These benefits are the real deal.
100% health coverage
Health, dental, and vision benefits are 100% free. It’s about more than the health of the company at Siege Media. Our comprehensive health plan ensures that you are covered, too.
Taking a mental health day provides a valuable opportunity to reset, renew your energy, and regain focus.
From the comfort of your home to around the world, we take "remote" seriously.
Participate in our team activities to build professional relationships and connect with your coworkers.
Give back through volunteer opportunities and donation matching — we got your back.
“Working at Siege has allowed me to grow in a career that I’m passionate about while inspired by great coworkers and enriched with a healthy work-life balance.”
