Job summary

SnapStream Media in Spring, TX is seeking a Content Delivery Specialist for an on-site role at our data facilities. You will drive content acquisition, act as the first point of contact for Operations on content delivery questions, and coordinate with customers to deliver content to specification.

You will work in a remote-first environment but this role is on-site, with evenings/weekends required to capture live content and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in Windows and VM environments.
• Familiarity with cloud/streaming tech and video delivery.
• Ability to schedule, ingest, and deliver content to spec.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Operations on content delivery incidents and questions.
• Own end-to-end source and content acquisition requests with customers to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Schedule, ingest, and deliver content on time and to spec across sources and systems.
• Insert and edit metadata to ensure content is searchable and ready for customer use.
• Analyze acquisition trends to identify opportunities to improve speed and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge base content for internal teams.
