You will connect marketing, creative studios, production partners, and asset management teams into a cohesive, high-performing delivery model that moves at pace and scales across campaigns.

In this role, you will evolve how we work—introducing AI-enabled capabilities, streamlining processes, and championing continuous improvement across the content supply chain. Your leadership will help ensure our science reaches the right audiences at the right time, supporting our ambition to transform outcomes in cancer care.

Build trusted relationships across Marketing, Omnichannel, Creative, agencies, and production vendors to align on goals and translate business needs into clear production plans and delivery schedules.
  • Content Production and Delivery: Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of digital and print content. Orchestrate internal studios, delivery teams, and preferred production partners to deliver on time, within budget, and to rigorous quality and compliance standards—driving measurable commercial impact.
  • Content Operations and Asset Management: Partner with content library and DAM stakeholders to enforce governance, metadata, and discoverability. Increase reuse and speed by ensuring proper storage of source, working, and approved assets, with disciplined version control and archival aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Project and Work Management: Manage workflows and capacity using Adobe Workfront, JIRA, and enterprise tools. Maintain schedules, risks, dependencies, and priorities; drive transparency through accurate tracking and status reporting across a portfolio of concurrent projects.
  • Budget Stewardship: Oversee budget management for content delivery services allocated to brand teams, optimizing spend and vendor utilization while meeting performance and quality targets.
  • Operational Excellence and Transformation: Identify and implement process improvements that elevate efficiency, quality, and stakeholder experience. Champion adoption of new technologies, automation, and AI-enabled solutions; lead change that strengthens our content supply chain and ways of working.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront, JIRA, DAM platforms, enterprise workflow tools, content governance and asset lifecycle best practices
  • Experience coordinating across internal creative studios, agencies, production vendors, and distributed delivery teams
  • Customer-focused, relationship-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working through change, transformation, and evolving ways of working
