AlphaSense is seeking a senior data/content strategist to identify and evaluate datasets for the AlphaSense platform, leading due diligence on vendor evaluations and quantifying value propositions. You will collaborate with content leads, engineers, and vendor management across a globally distributed team.

Requirements include 5+ years in finance or investment research, strong data query skills, and experience with AI data tools like Claude Code.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience at a leading financial institution or investment research platform.
• Proficient knowledge of market data, investment research databases, and workflows (fundamentals, estimates, transactions data, ownership data, market data, news, transcripts).
• Experience running complex data queries using traditional data-query or AI techniques.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate third-party datasets for AlphaSense platform needs.
• Lead due diligence on vendor evaluations and build a framework to assess coverage, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for content and AI-driven functionality.
