Job summary

AgSwag in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Content Creator & Video Production Specialist who loves being behind the camera and turning everyday footage into engaging content for social media and other marketing platforms.

You'll capture daily content in our office, warehouse, and production areas, film behind-the-scenes production processes, and craft polished short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. Occasional travel to trade shows and events may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in videography, photography, content creation, and video editing.
• A strong portfolio of video and photography work is required.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
• Strong understanding of short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Creative eye for lighting, composition, camera angles, and storytelling.
• Ability to identify and capture content opportunities with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Capture daily photo and video content in office, warehouse, and production areas.
• Film behind-the-scenes footage of laser engraving, embroidery, heat pressing, kitting, packaging, and shipping.

From custom hats and apparel to branded merchandise kits and live branding experiences at major agricultural events, we bring brands to life through products people actually want to wear and use.

We're looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Content Creator & Video Production Specialist to join our team in Kansas City!

This isn't your typical social media management position. We're looking for someone who loves being behind the camera, has an eye for capturing great moments, and knows how to turn everyday footage into engaging, high-quality video content for social media and other marketing platforms.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Videography

• Capture daily photo and video content throughout our office, warehouse, and production areas.
• Film behind-the-scenes footage of our production processes, including laser engraving, embroidery, heat pressing, custom merchandise assembly, kitting, packaging, and shipping.
• Showcase finished products through creative product photography and videography.
• Capture authentic, candid moments of our employees and company culture.
• Document the day-to-day activities at AgSwag, always looking for interesting moments and opportunities to create content.
• Capture the full journey of customer projects, from initial production to finished products and shipping.
• Occasionally travel to trade shows, customer events, and live AgSwag Branding Bar activations to capture content.

Video Editing & Content Production

• Transform raw footage into polished, engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Edit videos with creative transitions, captions, graphics, and storytelling elements.
• Create attention-grabbing videos that showcase our products, production capabilities, employees, and company culture.
• Organize and maintain a library of raw footage, photography, and completed content.
• Collaborate with our team to brainstorm creative video concepts and new content opportunities.
• Stay current on video editing styles, content trends, and creative storytelling techniques.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in videography, photography, content creation, and video editing.
• A strong portfolio of previous video and photography work is required.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar programs.
• Strong understanding of short-form video content, particularly Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• A creative eye for lighting, composition, camera angles, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to independently identify and capture content opportunities without constant direction.
• Comfortable filming in an active production and warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce professional, polished content.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple video projects.
• A positive, outgoing personality and willingness to interact with employees throughout the day.
• Ability to work on-site at our Kansas City location.
• Willingness to occasionally travel for trade shows and company events.
