Elaia Agency, a Miami Beach-based creative studio, is seeking a content creator who can shoot on location and edit reels and posts that feel on-brand for each client. You’ll join content days at Miami and Palm Beach restaurants and wellness spaces, capturing footage and delivering polished edits that reflect each brand’s voice.

Qualifications

The Role

We're growing, and we're looking for a content creator who can shoot and edit. You'll join content days at some of Miami and Palm Beach's most beautiful restaurants and wellness spaces, capture footage that feels alive, and edit it into reels and posts that match each brand's voice. You'll work directly with our founder and become a real part of how Elaia grows.

What you'll do

• Film content on location... restaurants, wellness studios, and design-led businesses across Miami and Palm Beach
• Edit reels and short form video with care, pacing, and personality
• Help capture photo content for grids and stories
• Collaborate on creative direction and content ideas

What we're looking for

• You shoot confidently on iPhone and/or camera and know how to work with natural light
• You edit beautifully... CapCut, Premiere, or your tool of choice
• You have an eye. Your work feels intentional, not templated
• You're reliable, warm with clients, and comfortable on location
• Based in Miami or surrounding areas with your own transportation
• A portfolio or Instagram that shows your work... this matters more than a resume

Compensation

$250 to $400 per content day (shoot plus edited deliverables), or a monthly retainer of $800 to $1,500 depending on experience and scope. This is a freelance contract role with consistent, recurring work and real growth potential as the studio expands.

Our hiring process

Simple and human. If it's a match on both sides, we'll start with a paid trial content day. No long interview rounds, no unpaid test work.
