Job summary

Maverick Content Studio LLC is seeking a hands-on intern to shoot, edit, and craft videos that actually get watched. You’ll create Reels, TikToks, and Shorts, brainstorm trending ideas, and capture behind-the-scenes content.

The role emphasizes quick editing and media organization, with collaboration on a semester-long internship project. We value a social-first creative POV, the ability to shoot with iPhone/DSLR, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Social-first content lover with a creative POV and strong visual instincts.
• Can shoot on an iPhone or DSLR with solid understanding of framing, lighting, and pacing.
• Comfortable editing your own work and iterating fast.
• Always has 10 ideas and at least 3 are actually good.
• Natural communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Proactive, self-starting, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Turn simple content ideas into scrappy, fun videos.
• Pitch and brainstorm ideas that feel right now.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content on shoots and in-office moments.
• Edit quickly and cleanly using Premiere or CapCut.
• Help organize media, footage, and assets for quick turnaround.
• Collaborate with the social media intern team on a semester-long project.
• Stay up-to-date on creator culture and trends.

We’re building an epic social and content studio and need a hands‑on, content‑obsessed intern who wants to shoot, edit, and create videos that actually get watched. THE WORK

• Shoot and edit short‑form video content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Turn simple content ideas into scrappy, fun, and thumb‑stopping videos
• Pitch and brainstorm ideas that feel right now (inspired by what’s trending)
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes content on shoots and in‑office moments
• Edit quickly and cleanly using Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or your favorite tools
• Help organize media, footage, and assets for quick turnaround
• Collaborate with the social media intern team on a semester‑long internship project
• Stay up‑to‑date on creator culture, platform trends, and what works

THE PERSON

• Social‑first content lover with a creative POV and strong visual instincts
• Can shoot on an iPhone or DSLR with solid understanding of framing, lighting, and pacing
• Comfortable editing your own work and iterating fast
• Always has 10 ideas and at least 3 are actually good

• We are in the office Tuesday and Thursday in Winter Park, FL, and working remotely the rest of the week.
