Content Creator in Business Studies, Accounting & Finance

We are seeking a charismatic and creative Content Creator for a full-time, permanent position. You will develop engaging video content focused on business studies, including accounting and finance.

The Pearson+ Content Team

Our mission is to build the world’s most helpful video courses, aiding millions of students. We seek a team member to lead the development of comprehensive video courses in business studies.

Your Duties & Responsibilities

• Co-lead development of video courses in business studies, accounting, finance, etc.
• Plan curricula and lessons.
• Write lesson worksheets and record lessons.
• Set and review team goals.
• Provide and receive feedback to improve products.
• Assist in hiring, training, and process improvements.
• Join regular meetings between 9am-5pm EST for planning and reviewing work.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
• High standards for work quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Dependability in managing workload.
• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or equivalent experience.
• Capability to set up a quiet recording space (equipment provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching or tutoring college students in relevant fields.
• Experience developing curricula, assessments, or educational publishing.
• Experience creating educational videos.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• Experience with video recording equipment/software or willingness to learn.
• Engagement with students on social media is a plus.
