Job summary

Grid City VR LLC is building a brand-new VR venue and seeks a Content Creator / Social Media Manager to own social end-to-end from day one. You will shoot, edit, post, and shape the voice across Instagram and TikTok, with a build-from-scratch approach.

You may work solo as a hybrid creator or with a producer and host pair; expect on-site shoots several times weekly and community management to grow a dedicated following.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social content from concept to publication.
• Ability to turn real moments into engaging short-form video.
• Hands-on shooter with editing and posting for multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own content calendar across Instagram and TikTok and publish reasoning.
• Shoot on-site a few times per week and edit native Reels/TikToks.
• Manage community: replies, DMs, and comments to grow audience.
• Track analytics and iterate based on what works.
• Create platform-native content tailored to each channel.

Content Creator / Social Media Manager

Own social end-to-end for a brand-new VR venue — shoot, edit, post, and help build the Grid City voice across Instagram and TikTok from day one. We're open to one hybrid creator or two complementary people (a producer + an on-camera host).

You'll own Grid City's social end-to-end — strategy and planning through shooting, editing, and publishing. It's a build-from-scratch role: you set the tone for how a brand-new venue shows up online from day one.

Expect to be on the floor a few times a week, turning real moments — squads mid-mission, first-timer reactions, photo finishes on the sim rigs — into scroll-stopping Reels and TikToks, then running the community that grows around them. We're open to one hybrid creator or two complementary people; tell us which you are.

Own the content calendar across Instagram and TikTok — what we post, when, and why.

Shooting on-site

Multiple times a week: gameplay, guest reactions, events, racers, and behind-the-scenes.

Editing short-form

Native Reels and TikToks — hooks, pacing, captions, trends, and sound that actually lands.

Community management

Replies, DMs, comments — grow and engage the audience like a real community, not a billboard.

Analytics & iteration

Track what worked, what didn't, and what we test next — then run it back better.
