Quadmark is seeking a Learning Content Creator for a 6 month FTC with a remote-first arrangement. You’ll shape learning by turning complex ideas into clear, engaging experiences across eLearning, facilitator guides, scripts and campaigns.
You’ll apply instructional design thinking, storytelling and creative problem-solving to design learner-centric content, collaborating with content leads, designers, PMs and SMEs to deliver high-quality materials.
Shape the content. Own the experience. Make learning matter.
We're looking for a Learning Content Creator who loves turning complex ideas into brilliant learning experiences.
Someone who can take a challenging brief, ask the right questions, find the story and create content that helps people genuinely understand, engage and take action.
At Quadmark, we create learning experiences that make a difference. We're looking for someone who brings together strong writing skills, instructional design thinking and creative problem-solving to make learning clear, engaging and effective.
This isn't just about writing great content (although that's important). It's about understanding how people learn, making thoughtful decisions about the learner experience and taking ownership of your work from concept through to delivery.
You’ll work across different projects, audiences, clients and content formats, collaborating with a talented mix of content specialists, designers, project managers and subject matter experts.
If you love the craft of creating learning, enjoy solving problems and want the freedom to take ownership of your work, we'd love to meet you.
You’ll develop engaging, learner-focused content across eLearning, facilitator guides, scripts, presentations, assessments, campaigns and other learning experiences.
You’ll use instructional design principles, storytelling and creative thinking to turn complex information into something clear, relevant and easy to apply.
You’ll think beyond the words on the page.
You’ll make considered decisions about how learning is structured, sequenced and experienced, balancing learner needs, business objectives, creativity and practical delivery requirements.
You’ll take responsibility for your content from initial discovery through to delivery.
You’ll manage your priorities, maintain high standards and keep work moving, using your judgement to solve problems, make recommendations and flag risks early.
You’ll have the independence to make decisions within your projects, with support and collaboration when you need it.
You’ll work closely with Content Leads, Designers, Project Managers, subject matter experts and other stakeholders.
You’ll ask thoughtful questions, challenge unclear briefs constructively and help teams find the best approach to learning challenges.
You’ll bring curiosity about new ideas, learning trends, technologies and AI-enabled tools.
You’ll experiment with approaches that improve learner engagement, content quality and the way we work together.
We're looking for someone who combines creative talent with instructional thinking and a strong sense of ownership.
You’ll be someone who:
You’ll ideally have experience developing learning content across a range of formats and be comfortable working with different stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams.
We're more interested in the quality of your thinking, your work and your ability to make learning effective than in a particular job title or career path.
You’ll be making a real difference when:
We believe great work comes from talented people who are trusted to take ownership, encouraged to keep learning and supported by the people around them.
Our CORE values shape how we work:
Stay curious, ask questions and keep growing.
Take responsibility and make things happen.
Communicate clearly, kindly and with courage.
Share knowledge, support others and help everyone do their best work.
You’ll join a collaborative, creative environment where your ideas matter, your contribution is recognised and you'll have opportunities to keep developing your skills.
We want great work to be recognised and rewarded, with benefits that support your financial, physical and emotional wellbeing.
