Job summary

Sinclair, Inc. is seeking a Content Creator to concept, write, shoot, and edit engaging content that stops thumbs and drives action across TV, social, and digital channels.

You’ll collaborate with a passionate crew of makers who understand that storytelling blends emotion, strategy, and hustle. You’ll partner with internal teams and clients to bring visions to life, manage assets across the network, and deliver on-time results.

Qualifications

• A passion for visual storytelling with a marketing mindset.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud — Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Camera skills and lighting savvy that make footage shine.
• Collaborative spirit with the confidence to lead a concept or run a solo shoot.
• A portfolio that proves you can do the job — and push it further.

On the Agile Content Creation Engagement Team (ACCET), we partner with Sales, Creative Services, Production, and Digital to ensure every project is executed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Our mission? Deliver an exceptional client experience by combining operational excellence with creative collaboration. Whether coordinating commercial production, managing integrated marketing campaigns, or supporting high-volume workflows, we help bring great ideas to life while keeping teams aligned every step of the way.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Content Creator, you’ll concept, write, shoot, and edit creative that stops thumbs, turns heads, and drives action. You’ll collaborate with a passionate crew of makers who understand that great storytelling is part emotion, part strategy, and all hustle.

YOUR DAILY PLAYLIST:

• Produce scroll-stopping, channel-agnostic content for TV, social, web, and wherever audiences are paying attention.
• Partner with digital strategists and creative leads to develop work that aligns with brand goals and audience needs.
• Write scripts, shoot footage, and edit everything from fast-turn social reels to longer-form branded videos.
• Work directly with internal teams and external clients to bring visions to life.
• Manage asset distribution across the network and track deliverables through Adobe Workfront.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE STAGE:

• A passion for visual storytelling with a marketing mindset.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud — especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Camera skills and lighting savvy that make your footage shine.
• A collaborative spirit with the confidence to lead a concept or run a solo shoot.
• A portfolio that proves you can do the job — and push it further.
