FashionPass is seeking a hands-on freelance TikTok creator to elevate our brand storytelling with the audience that loves our LA-based studio and events. You will concept, film, star in, and edit videos onsite about 20 hours per week, with opportunities to join offsite activations.
You'll shape content calendars, stay ahead of trends, and deliver social-first BTS from shoots and events. The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for fashion, fast CapCut editing, and a native feel for TikTok culture
FashionPass is an online, subscription-based clothing and accessory rental service for women. We are revolutionizing the retail industry as we know it and we are on a mission to empower women to look and feel like the best version of themselves one outfit at a time.
What sets us apart is our community. We have a fiercely loyal member base nationwide and we are growing fast - but we have never stopped treating our members like our best friends. We host member meet-ups (influencer-style events), and we show up for the women who show up for us. Whether a member is around the corner from our LA homebase or across the country, we want her to feel like she's one of our friends. Social media is where that community actually lives: it's how a member in Ohio ends up sharing outfit ideas with a member in Austin, and it's how we pull everyone into the room.
We strive to bring an empathetic mindset to work everyday for the betterment of our entire community - our team members and customers. We are committed to building and growing empathetic leaders throughout the organization to continue to fuel our success and the development of our outstanding team members. From top to bottom, our team fosters a collaborative environment where we focus on getting it right rather than being right.
TikTok is one of FashionPass's strongest brand assets, and we're not looking for a rebuild - we're looking for a creator to take it further. This is a hands-on freelance role for someone who is equal parts creator and tastemaker: you'll be onsite about 20 hours a week concepting, filming, starring in, and editing TikToks that stop the scroll, plus joining us offsite for events and activations.
You'll shoot the content and have a real say in what we make - bringing ideas to the calendar, flagging trends before they peak, and telling us what the numbers say. If you can walk into a rack of clothes and leave with a week of posts, this is for you.
