Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking an experienced Content and Creative Director to lead services for the Military Community and Family Policy. In this role, you will ensure that creative strategies and content production align with brand and mission objectives.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in creative services and a strong portfolio. You will lead and manage personnel while overseeing campaign development and production workflows from planning through delivery.

A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in creative services, content strategy, strategic communications, marketing, digital media, or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience in management or senior creative leadership position.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative strategy and cross-platform content execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead content and creative services for MC&FP outreach and engagement.
• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with MC&FP objectives.
• Direct production of visual, multimedia, digital, and print content.
