Westfield Insurance is seeking a Content & Creative Lead to create compelling and consistent communication materials supporting enterprise initiatives and employee engagement. This role requires developing presentations and translating complex topics into clear visuals.
You will ensure consistency across communications and partner with colleagues to deliver high-quality materials. Ideally, you have 8-12 years in communications, strong presentation skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva. The position offers a hybrid working model.
The Content & Creative Lead, working under limited supervision, is responsible for creating clear, compelling and consistent communication materials that support enterprise initiatives, executive messaging and employee engagement. This role develops presentations, content and collateral for enterprise communications and translates complex topics into clear visuals and messaging. The role supports visual storytelling across key communications and helps maintain consistency in tone, structure and quality across materials.
Hybrid – defined as working three or more days per week in the office if the employee’s residence is within 50 miles of Westfield Center, OH; or Remote – if the employee resides more than 50 miles from Westfield Center, OH.
