The role requires 1-2 years of writing/editing experience, AP style proficiency, and strong project management. Familiarity with HTML and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in English or related field required.
• Masters in Journalism or related field preferred.
• Experience in medical writing or healthcare communications is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread copy for campaigns, product descriptions, emails, ads, websites, social media, video scripts, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts for campaigns and content.
• Research the medical/pharmaceutical industry, products, audiences, and competitive landscape to develop relevant content.
• Develop content for The Eagle website to drive reader engagement and subscription growth.
• Ensure all copy aligns with the brand voice, style guide, and branding standards.
• Collect and analyze marketing data to measure content effectiveness and optimize initiatives.
• Manage cross-department editorial calendars and marketing tasks across channels.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc marketing tasks as needed.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovative content strategies.
