Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–4 years of content creation, videography, photography, or editing experience
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States - 21+ years of age
• Experience with cameras, tripods, lighting, drones and production setups
• Ability to operate business apps for team communication (email, chat)
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Maintain a professional, neat appearance adhering to company standards
• Willing to work varied shifts: days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Able to handle day life/nightlife environmental factors while engaging with guests

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content across venues, events, promotions, and campaigns
• Edit social-first videos, reels, stories, and promotional assets
• Support productions with equipment setup, lighting, audio, and logistics
• Organize digital asset libraries and production files
• Produce quick-turn content while maintaining brand standards
• Assist with production calendars and shoot preparation
• Collaborate with venue marketing, graphic design, and digital teams
• Stay current on content trends and editing techniques
