Responsibilities

• Sort and consolidate products into the appropriate containers, totes, cartons, or pallets.
• Use handheld scanners or PDA systems to verify product information, quantities, and container assignments.
• Ensure merchandise is properly organized and secured to prevent damage during handling and transportation.
• Verify labels, product codes, and quantities for accuracy before containers are moved to the next department.
• Communicate with leads or supervisors regarding shortages, damages, incorrect items, or other discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Follow all work instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with moving, staging, and organizing completed containers as needed.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor or manager.

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team at Western Post in the Containerization Department. This position plays an important role in preparing, organizing, and consolidating merchandise into the appropriate containers for shipment to major e-commerce clients such as TikTok and Temu. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity during peak season operations. Must be computer literate and have warehouse experience. PLEASE NOTE: A manager will review each applicant s work experience to determine which position/department is best suited for their skills and experience.
