Rehrig Pacific Company in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Container Yard Technician to help maintain our yard, repair and service containers, and contribute to a safe, well‑functioning operation for a leading provider of sustainable supply chain solutions.

This on‑site, team‑oriented role rewards reliability, initiative and a strong commitment to safety. You will work with others to follow procedures, use the Rehrig Management System, and support customers by keeping equipment and yards organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• A commitment to safety and teamwork.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain yard organization and cleanliness.
• Repair and maintain containers as needed.
• Support safe, efficient yard operations and teamwork.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Utilize systems to stay aligned on responsibilities and tasks.
