Bausch + Lomb is seeking a production associate in Lancaster, NY to help manufacture custom contact lenses. You will operate equipment, inspect products, process orders, and prepare items for shipment, with extensive on-the-job training and teamwork to ensure quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, maintaining records, and supporting material handling, equipment upkeep, and workstation organization to meet production and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills to enter and maintain production data.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures.

Responsabilités

• Inspect lenses and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package and ship finished products to customers.
• Enter and update information in production systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate production records and product traceability.
• Assist with material handling, equipment upkeep, and workstation organization.
• Meet production and customer delivery goals with team members.
