The aim of the Investment Advisor scheme is to provide candidates with a comprehensive range of experience and training.

Investment Advisors will provide support and assistance to the branch/desk, but duties and responsibilities will change over time. You are expected to adapt to these changing responsibilities and to use them in the learning as well to provide professional support to those using the department’s resources.

• Successful applicants will possess a proactive and sometimes independent approach, particularly when it comes to studying and building commercial awareness, which requires both self‑motivation and commitment.

• To study and successfully complete the CISI Masters in Wealth Management within the remaining 30‑month period (36 months in total).
