This full-time evening shift role offers shift differentials, a non-exempt status, and comprehensive benefits through ODMHSAS. A 21+ age requirement and an Associate degree (or equivalent experience) are required.
The Children's Recovery Centeris seeking an experienced and passionateConsumer Recovery Specialistto join our dedicated team in the Norman area.This position will be responsible for conducting groups with consumers on various recovery topics and documenting the group accurately. Will routinely conduct peer reviews regarding the quality of group notes and be a consistent and positive role model for the consumers entrusted to our care.
Additional Compensation:Along with our great benefits we also offer additional compensation for working outside of normal business hours! These shift differentials are stacked on top of your base pay when working evenings, nights,weekends, or holidays.

Children’s Recovery Center of Oklahoma (CRC) is located in Norman, Oklahoma, and serves all 77 counties in Oklahoma as the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) treatment center for young people ages 13 through 17. CRC provides community crisis stabilization and residential treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health and trauma-related conditions.
