Qualifications

• Admission to the Florida Bar and two years of professional legal experience in law practice, research, teaching, or hearings.
• Preference for 3+ years handling civil litigation and significant legal writing experience.
• Experience with large case e-discovery review; 2+ years in fraud/deceptive trade practices or complex white-collar cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and oversee evidence collection, research, subpoenas, and case status reports.
• Draft and negotiate civil resolutions, including consent judgments and assurances of voluntary compliance.
• Manage civil litigation from filing through trial and appeals in state and federal courts.
• Collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies on consumer protection investigations and litigation.
