Mariner Finance seeks a results-driven, sales-oriented professional to join our branch team. This customer-facing role focuses on understanding borrower needs, presenting lending solutions, and building lasting relationships while meeting individual and branch goals.

You will make outbound calls, manage leads, and navigate credit processes to help customers secure loans. The position offers a base hourly pay with uncapped incentives, growth opportunities, and a schedule aligned with branch hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new sales platforms and cutting-edge technologies.
• Capable of sustaining or exceeding individual sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with current and potential customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.

• Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of outbound calling experience.
• Experience in lending, consumer loans, or collections.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to develop business, follow up on opportunities, and support account relationships.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding individual and branch performance goals.
• Build relationships with current and potential customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and identify appropriate lending options.

• Process payments, maintain accurate records, support cash drawer responsibilities, and assist with daily operations.
• Learns Federal, State, and Local Application Consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintains a cash drawer, including processing payments and delivering daily deposits to specified financial institutions as required.
• May perform additional functions depending on market demand and branch staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00AM-5:00PMTuesday: 9:00AM-7:00PMFriday: 9:00AM-5:30PM

Saturday hours required seasonally and as business needs require.
