The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience, a JD from a top-tier law school, and an active bar admission in good standing, with strong writing and leadership abilities for a nationally integrated practice.

Qualifications

• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions preferred.
• Background defending matters under FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA advantageous.
• Ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members.
• Strong writing ability, analytical skills, and professional judgment.
• Excellent research, communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, nationally integrated practice.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving consumer protection laws.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to government investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing litigation team representing leading financial institutions and service providers in complex business and commercial disputes.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, ingood standing
• 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience
• Experience with commercial litigation and the representation of financial institutions is strongly preferred
• Background defending matters under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and/orTelephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)is highly advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $175,000 – $250,000, as determined by experience and market factors
