Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in the Miami area to energize our consumer engagement marketing efforts. You will participate in guerrilla sampling, distribute POS materials, and support on-site event activation to grow brand presence.

Ideal candidates will be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs when required, and maintain high professionalism during all consumer interactions. This role is up to 30 hours per week and requires reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling.
• Distribute POS materials to consumers to reinforce brand loyalty.
• Assist with Marketing event planning, setup, activation and tear down.
• Assist with Sales in trade merchandising at retail accounts.

The ImpactYou’llMake:

Ambassadors will have several Roles and Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

• Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling
• Distribute POS asrequiredto consumers to reinforce brand loyalty
• Responsibly care for program materials and assets of Monster Energy Company
• Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule
• Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper uniform
• Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with consumers
• Respondin a timely mannerto CEM Team Leader
• Inventory, cleaning and organization of warehouses/storage areas
• Assist with Marketing event planning, set up, activation and tear down
• Assist with Sales in trade merchandising at retail accounts

Who You Are:

• Must be able to stand forlong periodsof time
• May berequiredto travel when necessary
• Must be available to work at least one shift per week (no exceptions)
• Must be able tolift upto 40lbswhenrequired
• Must have a clean driving record (drivers abstractrequired)
• Must hold valid driver’s license of theProvinceyou are employed
• Must Pass Criminal Background Check
• Must be comfortable driving a lifted pickup truck in urban/downtown, suburban and highway settings
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• This position is Part Time up to 30 hours a week
