Position Title: Consumer and Small Business Senior Product Manager

Business Unit: Retail Operations

Reports to: Director of Consumer Banking Strategy and Product Development

Position Overview:

The Senior Product Manager leads a portfolio of products and a team of product managers, driving strategy, execution, and performance. This role sets direction, prioritizes initiatives, and ensures alignment with enterprise goals. Responsibilities include team development, financial performance, and risk management. Success is defined by portfolio results, team effectiveness, and the ability to execute strategic priorities while delivering strong customer outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Define Long-Term Product Strategy
Define and evolve long-term product strategies aligned with enterprise goals, market dynamics, and customer needs across consumer and small business segments. Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment with financial targets, competitive positioning, and long-term growth objectives.

Lead Large-Scale, Cross-Functional Initiatives
Lead complex, large-scale initiatives that span multiple products and cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations, Risk, and Marketing. Drive alignment, manage interdependencies, and ensure disciplined execution to deliver initiatives that have meaningful impact on the broader portfolio.

Own Portfolio Performance
Own and be accountable for portfolio performance across growth, profitability, and customer experience metrics. Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize product economics, and implement strategies that improve financial outcomes while enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.

Influence Senior Stakeholders
Influence and partner with senior leaders across the organization to align on strategic priorities, resolve trade-offs, and drive execution. Serve as a trusted advisor, using data, insights, and strong business acumen to guide decision-making and ensure alignment across competing priorities.

Identify Revenue Opportunities & Innovation
Identify and evaluate new revenue opportunities, product enhancements, and innovation strategies that drive differentiation and growth. Stay attuned to market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging customer needs to continuously evolve the portfolio and unlock new sources of value.

Mentor & Develop Product Managers
Mentor and develop product managers by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and fostering strong product management discipline across the team. Play an active role in elevating team performance, strengthening capabilities, and building a pipeline of future product leadership talent.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
