Job summary

Walmart in Caguas, PR is seeking a part-time General Merchandise Associate to greet customers on the sales floor, help them, and recommend items based on their needs. You will ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are current and properly displayed, with painting and fabric-cutting duties possible as part of daily tasks.

The position offers an hourly wage range of $13–$26, with additional compensation through performance incentives and location-based premiums.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $13 - $26 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
