Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Consumable Test Technician II in Providence, RI to support production and inventory management of System Reagent Cartridges, System Flush Cartridges, and detectors. You will work under the Manufacturing Manager with cross-functional support from the Detector Assembly Manager to meet rising demand.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing, operations, laboratory, or technical environment.
• Hands-on experience with complex equipment and troubleshooting.
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail.
• Experience in regulated or quality-controlled environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing processes to ensure quality.
• Manufacture and prepare consumable cartridges for production and filling operations.
• Operate automated production equipment safely and accurately.
• Perform detector assembly tasks including die placement, wire bonding, cleaning, inspection, and packaging.
• Record measurements, production data, and inventory transactions accurately.
• Maintain inventory levels of consumables and detector components to support production.
• Analyze product and process quality trends and identify improvements.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and processes as needed.
• Maintain complete production, quality, and inventory records using Google Sheets and future MRP systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation updates.
• Assist cross-functional teams and provide support in other areas as needed.
