As an acknowledged authority within Oracle, this senior-level consulting professional has broad knowledge of enterprise solutions, industry best practices, business processes, and technology designs across multiple product families, with particular depth in Cloud ERP and Financials. Collaborates with the consulting sales team to design innovative solutions that have industry-wide impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes business needs across accounting, financial operations, and enterprise management to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives.
• Exercises creativity and independent judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and very complex business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
• As a position of technical and professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology.
• Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities to address complex financial requirements and enterprise business needs.
• As a thought leader and customer advisor, influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals.
• Contributes to non-routine and very complex statements of work, work breakdown structure and/or level of effort and staff plans.
• Builds and maintains a professional network and current knowledge of financial practices, industry trends, and Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities.
• Responsible for transitioning deal knowledge to implementation team.
• Coordinates a pursuit team of subject matter experts.
• Leads solution design for Cloud ERP engagements, ensuring financial processes, reporting, controls, and supporting technologies form an integrated business solution.
• Knowledgeable of competition and external factors that may influence Oracle's competitive position.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 - $264,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

• Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
