Job summary

Vanderbilt University is seeking a Career & Experiential Learning Advisor for Consulting Pathways to provide high-touch advising and coaching to students pursuing consulting careers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3–5+ years in consulting, recruiting, or career advising.
• Experience with advising, coaching, and student development.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group advising aligned with recruiting timelines.
• Connect students to internships, projects, and experiential learning.
• Develop and deliver workshops on interviewing, networking, and readiness.
• Collaborate with Employer Relations and pathway leadership.
• Track student engagement and outcomes for program improvement.
