Job summary

Execor, a global organizational consulting firm, is seeking an Associate Consultant to support bids, account plans, and client engagements through targeted research and analysis. This role is typically for an experienced analyst who can work with limited guidance and contribute to client deliverables.

This position is largely desk/office-based with occasional client interaction, and it supports teams across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) typical for the role.
• Previous relevant business experience expected.
• Familiar with standard solutions and service offerings in the field.
• Knows how to apply tools, techniques, or procedures to assigned work.
• Understands similarities between clients' businesses and others in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
• Work effectively with team members to cooperate and exchange information efficiently. This includes organizing your work activities to fit with the plan.
• Provide information or data to external clients as previously defined by a more senior colleague.
• Share transactional information, answer basic questions regarding data or reports, and share and request data. Escalate client requests appropriately to help manage expectations and further the relationship.
• Support business development efforts of senior colleagues. This will include participating in client calls and meetings and producing initial drafts for parts of proposals.
