We are currently seeking an experienced individual with 2+ years of experience in the same or similar position. The Consulting Manager position will assist the firm’s clients with strategic planning and implementation of the tools and metrics to track progress related thereto, design and oversight of financial reporting, design and oversight of budgeting and the development of projections for existing and new projects and/or product lines, negotiation and diligence support associated with mergers, acquisitions, and/or sales of businesses or business lines, the identification of risk and governance issues, and the delivery of presentations to owners and senior executives. Other responsibilities will include supporting litigation services and bankruptcy practices, and specific client needs.
