We are currently helping hire for one of the leading AI labs (via one of our partners); supporting them in benchmarking and improving frontier AI models.

This is a unique opportunity to apply your management consulting expertise toward shaping and refining cutting‑edge AI systems. You will help design consulting‑style prompts, structured answers, and evaluation sets that ensure AI‑generated outputs align with real‑world consulting frameworks and standards.

Requirements

Requirements

Education/Experience: 2+ years of prior experience at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a similarly competitive consulting firm

Benefits

Compensation: $80 to $120 per hour, plus equity options

Bonus: Weekly performance incentives of $20–$100 per hour on top of base pay for top performers
