Job summary

vcfo, a growing, people-first consulting firm, is seeking a Consulting Chief Financial Officer to lead strategic finance engagements for multiple clients. You'll guide financial planning, M&A opportunities, and growth initiatives while mentoring vcfo controllers and staff.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of finance & accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO role.
• Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable building rapport with clients and executives while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling—you know the ins and outs of the financial world.
• Strong knowledge of merger and acquisition activities, debt negotiation, and financial systems.
• A natural leader, you’ll mentor others and contribute to team and business development.
