Environmental Resources Management, Inc. (ERM) is seeking a Consulting Associate, Scientist to join a collaborative team delivering environmental assessments, field surveys, and permitting support. You will contribute to regulatory compliance and sustainable development across client projects.

In this role, you won’t just support projects—you’ll contribute to environmental assessments and solutions that help clients meet regulatory requirements and responsibly move development forward. At ERM, your work directly supports better environmental and social outcomes on local and global projects.
As a Consulting Associate, Scientist, you’ll be part of a collaborative technical team supporting a wide range of environmental projects—from ecological field surveys to permitting and impact assessments. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, learn best practices from experienced consultants, and build technical and professional skills in an environment that values curiosity, teamwork, and continuous learning.
For the Consulting Associate, Scientist position, the anticipated annual base pay is $65,600–$81,353 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
