Qualifications

  • Strong consulting skills in project management, financial modeling, and stakeholder management.

  • Engage in change management and risk management activities for client engagements.

We deliver compelling, high impact solutions to our state and local government clients' toughest business and technology problems. We translate strategy into action.What You Will Need:Minimum Years of Experience: 0 yearsMinimum Degree Status: Undergraduate Degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program through Fall 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027)Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the countryNo current or future sponsorship is available for this positionWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Demonstrates knowledge in and passion for improving state and local government through academic courses and project workPreferred degree programs include business, public policy, urban planning, economics, engineering, math, computer science, and environmental science/studiesDemonstrates proven success and thorough skills to define and lead client-work including conducting baseline assessments, building a future state vision, developing implementation plans, managing multiple stakeholders, and communicating with varying audiencesDemonstrates proven success and thorough knowledge of key facets of state and local government, including the following: sustainability, urban planning, education, housing, transportation, justice, and/or administrationDemonstrates proven success and thorough knowledge of core management consulting skills such as project management, financial modeling, operational modeling, and stakeholder management.The annual salary range for this position is $56,000.00-$94,000.00.
